A coupled model of the fluid flow with nonlinear slip Tresca boundary

Abstract: We present in this work the unsteady Stokes equations coupled with the heat equation and provided with nonlinear slip boundary conditions of the Tresca type. Where both the viscosity and the diffusion coefficients depend on the temperature. We use an implicit Euler diagram in time and we discretize the problem in space by the finite element method. We demonstrate optimal error estimates between the continuous solution and the discrete solution. Some numerical experiments confirm the interest of this approach.
