Abstract: The thermal boundary conditions with the local thermal non-equilibrium (LTNE) regime in porous media differentiate from those described for equilibrium one (LTE) [1-3]. Whatever the type of these boundaries in an LTNE the marginal stability curve may tend to behave as same as those of LTE if the two non-dimensional numbers H and γ result of the discrepancy in thermal conductivities of phases and the loss or gain of heat from one phase to another have specific values or limits [4-5].
