Abstract: Recently, several studies and researches have been elaborated in order to slow down and detect frauds before its applications. Fraud detection allows decision makers to make money and protect their customers from possible fraudulent attacks. In our case we will focus on credit card fraud. For that we will proceed to a hybridization of sine cosine algorithms and neural networks in order to optimize the quality of classification problems and detection of fraud.
