Abstract: The main goal of this work is to study the boundary regional controllability for time-fractional semi linear systems. The problem of controllability of semi-linear systems, which is a link between linear systems and nonlinear ones, were widely studied by many authors. The time-fractional semi-linear system arises in describing "memory effect" which occurs in many phenomena in real worlds.
