Abstract: The error-correcting codes (ECC) have a crucial role in enhancing and ameliorating communication capability and quality. There are various methods for achieving the goals, one of which uses decoding algorithms to locate conveyed data through a communication channel or stored on physical media, which is generally caused by noise. The decoding problem is an NP-hard problem [1]. That is why researchers keep ameliorating or designing new ones.
