Abstract: In this article, we propose a continuous-time model as a fractional order that describes the transmission dynamics of COVID-19 and the impact of the quarantine on the spread of addiction to electronic games. Also, we propose an optimal strategy through using awareness campaigns that aim at sensitizing people about the dangers of the covid-19 disease and awareness of the dangers of electronic games through written and visual media.
