Abstract: The decomposition method [1], permits to divide a system into two uncoupled subsystems, one of which is stable without applying controls, while the other one is unstable. We adopt the same approach to establish the feedback stabilization of a reaction-diffusion model with a distributed delay and homogeneous Neumann boundary condition. The speed of convergence has been provided. The weak stabilization of the problem without delay has been established in ([2], Example 3.3).
