Abstract: Rainfall prediction is one of the most important tools for water management. Scientists have developed several techniques in recent years to analyze and predict rainfall. The sophisticated nature of rainfall data affects the accuracy of the prediction. We present a method for rainfall prediction in the region of El Jadida located in Morocco. The prediction of rainfall in this region is presented using a hybrid model, which combines the Kalman filter and Machine learning using two different approaches.
